Middle East,
Union of US and Israel starts the peace process by buying large realestate in Palestine. Here they would build modern high rise apartments with Solar and Wind Power for electricity and bicycle roads. All the displaced palestine people began moving in to the complex.
At the same time, the Union would build factories and huge travel attractions like Disney Arab land with theme of Aladdin. This generates huge amount of jobs for the Palestines. Sands in Sahara desert provides infinite amount of resource for Solar Cell and extremely ideal condition for Solar Cell Power Station with high temperture and abudant sun light. This fact builds immense economy and peace through out middle east. Both Israel and Palestine prosper and live in harmony 4ever.
Finally, this generous act would start the peace in Middle East. Terror attacks stops and the Jewish state is respected throughout the Arab and Muslim world. They are long time brothers anyway; it's a happy family reunion. Israel, US and Europe saves Trillions of security budget and re-invests them in alternative energy

North Korea,
From the past, Korea has been either 2 or 3 countries: BakJae, Sinla, Goguyue. Due to the mountainous lands, even though it's a small country, people are different by each state; there are dialects for each state. So there's really no reason for two Koreas to unite.
The new NK leader, ?, takes power then starts peace process; dealing with Western world with new negotiations by giving up futile nuclear arms. In return, NK continues free trade zones and expand them further by support from entire world. By creating the new peace, entire world is impressed and are very supportive of NK. Due to easy access to China, NK adapts China's free trade policy and utilize cheap labor to invite global corporations to build factories.
Mt. Kum Gang is most beautiful attraction of all the Korea; This has become the major attraction for NK's travel industry, as well as Mt. BakDu.
Due to immense amount of scarce natrual resources and hard workers, NK quickly becomes afluent socialist country; the nuclear and missle technology also helps them expedite the economic revival process. Peace is achived throughout the Korean Peninsula. 
South Korea opens it's door to the friendly neighborhood; practically it's united. Again two countries is same race so it shouldn't fight like this; it's agains all the laws of nature. Japan and China eases security measure due to the Peace. All 4 countries join in a East Asian Pact and creates a free trade zone. Both Koreas and US saves enormous amount of money on security and re-invest them into alternative energy.
All these recent NK violent attacks are to show of power to its own people to prolong kingdom. Probably there are internal struggles which are hindering from the succession to such young buck. There's no way NK can have full scale war at this time by itself; China can't help them either since US is their biggest customer. China can't and will not get involved; Without export to US, China can't survive and feed trillions of people which in case will get itself overthrown as well as risk all the Trillions of $ loaned out to US.
In the past, China lacking serious ties like today and with conviction of Mao's Communism, have helped NK in war against US and SK. But it's a different world, China is not communist anymore but socialist with many capitalists in power with billions at hand to use freely. They will not risk all these new found economic prosperity and chances of real freedom. Mixed with turmoils of current problems of quality of goods, currency, faked goods, media license, China is in no position to add anymore issues to it's plate. All they may worry would be millions of refugees from NK which they can re-route to SK.
Currently NK people's favorite activities are watching South Korean TV dramas smuggled over from China as well as cell phones. No longer it's so isolated and they know the regime's propaganda's are all lies. People are dying of hunger, cold and regime. Soon it's bound to be overthrown on it's own by the people, like France's Monarchy. Difference between Middle East and NK is in ME it's the religious fanatics but NK people are dying of hunger which may overthrow the Kim's Kingdom by itself soon. Recent news covered that NK people are becoming anarchy by hiding in forest to become independent rather that dying of hunger or forming capitalistic underground market exchanging goods without currency or paying tax. Neither China nor Russia will help them since they know communism or dictatorship doesn't work in modern human society; China is actually considering NK's Kim as "spoiled child".
With EMP Warfare, nuclear submarines(Ohio class) and stealth bombers, the war can end in one day. Old weapons and famished army just can't stand against world's strongest armed forces. Using EMP, whatever that NK has including nuclear is useless and Stealth Bomber will destroy Yongbyn and Kim's palaces with no sweat. Using current Satellite technologies in imaging capabilities, information gathered from NK defectors and spies sent by SK /US, exact locations of most of the weapons are already known to be destroyed. There are no threats of war unless Kim's wishing for suicide. NK's only choice for survival is take peace route as described above.

Kim's just have no other choice right now other than giving up the futile nuclear nightmares. They aren't complete control of it's army either; every year Kim's have given rich gifts to the generals and top political leaders which they can't do anymore with ban of exports to NK worldwide. With stop in AIDs from west, million man army's are practically starving to death. At this point, only thing that's possible for them to do is give up the nuclear and follow China in the path. No country will be attacking them including SK. And if they can feed the army and make the generals happy then Kim's can succeed in anyway they see it fit. No country will prevent them from becoming peaceful and successful.
Another thing to point out is these recent violences and nuclear bomb testing/propaganda all started after Bush called them 'Axis of Evil'. North Korea is just a confused and isolated regime without directions. It can be fixed and influenced if allowed. Bush started calling them 'Evil' when it was trying to follow China then after Bush's comment it went all nuclear. We should try peace and continue; China can be the most influential force as well as worst for NK; US can influence China by trade agreements.
Only thing that NK is doing by going nuclear is risking Nuclear War in Korean Peninsula and hurting themselves in the path. Now Japan and SK will become nuclear and this will become small block of cold war's nuclear build up. My point is that these nuclear show downs are all show of force to it's own people so they can prolong the succession of "hermit kingdom" and there's no reason to fear for real nuclear war. Of course there's strong possibility of Kim's getting toppled by it's own military if they can't feed them.
SK doesn't want sudden unification either since this could mean economic disaster for SK; only way possible for proper unification would be successful NK's economic revival then natrural re-unification. At the same time, SK and Japan can utilize cheap and hard working labor of NK and rare earth resources of NK. Just by keeping peaceful, entire region can save enormous amount of money to invest on use on peace, future success. Asians are too smart to make same mistakes twice; while other regions of the world had similar conflicts but these 4 countries are especially particularly sensitive about it's past. Time to move on and look for solutions like current more dire problems such as global warming.
요근래의 북한의 횡포는 오로지 힘의 계승을위한것이다. 북한 인민에게 힘을보여주고 성과를올리므로써 젊은아들에게 전쟁성과를 더해주고 새로운 통치자로써의 자질을 더해주려고 하는것이다. 너무젊은통치자에대한 많은반발을 막고 순조로운 왕가의 되물림을 하려는것뿐이다.
현재북한 은 절대로 전쟁을 할수없다. 중국도 도와줄수가 없다. 중국은 지금 너무나 많은 양의 수출을 미국으로하고있다. 만약 이수출이 끊긴다면, 중국의 정부는 살아남을수없다. 수억의 국민을먹여살릴 방법이없기때문이다. 그리고 수억불의 미국에 대출해준 돈도 받을 수없게되기때문이다. 과거 중국이 북한을 도울수 있었던것은 모택동의 공산주의 와 현재와 같은 미국과의 관계가 없기때문이었다. 지금은 전혀다른 세상이되었다. 중국은 공산주의가 아니고 수억만장자 가 우글거리며 힘을자랑하는 사회주의 국가가되어있기때문이다, 단지 조그만 이웃의 독제자의 안녕과 이념이란 이름을 위해 이 모든 부와 자유를 져버릴수는 없기때문이다. 공산주의 는 인간사회에서는 이루수없다는것을 쏘련과 중국은 잘 알고 이미 져버렸다. 지금 중국의 오로지 걱정은 수백만의 북한 난재민이 중국으로 밀려들어오는것이다. 그이재민 들은 한국으로 보내면된다.
지금 북한인민들의 가장 원하는 낙은 중국에서 밀수해오는 남한의 티비드라마를 보는것이다. 그리고 중국에서들여온 쎌폰도있다. 더이상 지구최악에 밀패된사회가 아니고 더이상 북한정권에속임수 를 믿지않는다. 북한인민들은 굶어죽거나, 얼어죽거나, 정권에의해 피살되고있다. 가까운미래에 불란서의 왕가와같이 몰락할수밖에없다. 현재최근래의 소식에의하면 북한의인민중에 는 아예 숲속으로숨어사는 사람들이많다고 한다. 그리고 야시장을형성하여 물물교환을 한다고한다. 무정부 상태 가 되가고있는 것이다.
미국의 현대적인 무기중 전자파장애장치와 핵잠수함 과스텔스 전폭기 는 전쟁이나면 하루만에 끊날수있다. 북한의 낡아빠진 무기들과 굶주린 북한군은 세계에서 가장 강한 군대와 절대로 적수가 될수없다. 전자파장애장치는 북한의 모든무기를 소용없이만들어버리고 핵도소용이없이만들어버리곤 스텔스 전폭기는 용변과 김일성의 궁전을쑥대밭으로 많들어버리는것 은식은죽먹기보다 싶다. 현대의 위성, 천리안 위성, 의 화상처리장치와 미국과 남한의 첩자들이 파악해놓은 북한무기들은 이미 폭파되되있다. 만약 자살을원하지않는다면 절대로 북한은 전쟁을 할수없다. 북한의 남은 한길은 핵을 포기하고 서방과 손을잡는것뿐이다.
